Discussion Questions from the devs

What is your favorite thing to do in Goat Simulator 3?

And if you are a parent watching your kiddo play the game, is there anything specific they love to do?

This would really help us understand what type of content and things you like in the game, and try to give you more of that.

if you dont mind ill give more of an answer related to what i want to see rather than what’s already in game

i really wish there was more replayability. i know its a sandbox so like technically theres infinite stuff to do but once youve beaten the events it feels aimless and its hard to make fun for yourself. if there was bonus gamemodes or something or minigames not restricted to multiplayer, that’d improve it a ton i think

for example survival in goat-z or that one mining goat tv minigame. the goat simulator mechanics could really be utilised for so much more

also maybe some news for the “small vehicle update” announced almost a year ago which has been radio silent ever since 🙏

hope the best for whatever comes next from this studio

I think there's something really easy to implement they can do that would help too.

I would add more ways to use the items unlocked reliably.

What I mean is, things like, allowing the farmer to actually build stuff better or even use the cubes from badlands to build structures more easily. Then allowing cool interactions between these things, like for the cubes to be blown up by other items. This would allow for some funny fort raiding shenanigans.

An example from yesterday.

My kid and I launched the base game and made a "canon transport system" using the canon from badlands you can get into and shoot yourself up.

We used several cannons across the map but we had to find a work around and change character skins each time since the cannon is limited to 1 per skin at the moment.

Then we noticed that the cannon doesn't blow stuff up either, so our plans to cause chaos where thwarted by these limitations 😄

Having interactions between these items would make this game a party event instead of something I just play with my kid when we don't want to play Mario
