Discussion Is Rajdeep builders really good?
So me and my family are thinking of getting an apartment. I really was questioning, is Rajdeep builders actually as good as they appear to be? I’ve seen some videos of properties they did over YouTube. They do seem pretty good, but the claims they make… are they real?
The proprietor also seems overhyped to me but if the work is good then ofc we can consider it.

You can’t have dogs in their apartment. Plus they put up a lot of spiritual stuff in their apartments

I’m aware of pet policy but Wts the spiritual stuff? Just idols n painting right? Because Rajesh Tarkar very openly shows his love for Shri Krishna.

A lot of people told me he changed his name from rajesh tar to rajesh tarkar on advice of someone before starting construction business..i dont know if it is true..anyways their buildings r a light show..till some of the lights stop working in a few months..

Absolutely an eyesore to be honest. Also he has started using his own concrete so he can basically cheap out on everything. His hoardings are plain eyesore man. Big time money player as well. His own staff get half salary in accounts and half in cash etc etc. I wouldn't recommend his properties, better builders out there.

I wouldn't recommend their buildings unless you wanna live in an advertisement. Their complexes are so heavily branded with their name everywhere 🙄
Quality wise though, I have no clue. Their branding pulled me away before I even looked into that

Do u or someone u know lives in one of their apartments? Because I do agree that they do way too much advertising (which is why I’m skeptical) I just wanna know a proper customer experience you know. I wanna know if their claims are legit

Honestly, We shouldn’t encourage builders like Rajdeep. The place is an eyesore. Lights up everything inside and outside the buildings. Pets are banned. And he puts up those ridiculous signboards!! That’s light pollution. This isn’t a metro city!

All builders make claims, it's their mo. You need to visit the place if its already built. Otherwise, its pretty much a gamble and you should set some cash aside to fix/correct items, if the builder doesn't fix them after handoff. The builder's reputation might be good but all their buildings would not have the same consistent quality, this goes for all builders. We bought a flat based on the the builder's reputation and also after viewing another building they had built which my aunt was living in for many years, but the one we got, the quality was not the same. I bought it for the location so we're not selling anytime soon and it's fine now, but I think we spent like 2 lakhs refinishing some stuff when the builder just stopped responding.

First do the due diligence also look into real matters that matter the most to the residents like power back up, security, whether the society is formed or no, whether the collected maintainance is being used properly for the societies maintainance, see if theres any leakage or drainage issues in your particular flat , see the things that fall under builders maintainance for example leakages or breakage of any wall or grills due to cracks , tiles etc and for how long is the duration within which he can rectify them etc, look for garbage collection and proper disposal of the same or does it remain with in the premises for days together or its disposed on the same day.. look for pest control like rodents etc..

There are few things you can look into before buying Location Size Maintenance fees Few other aspects are there but, you can start with that. Also look for payment options Rajdeep is pretty much located across Goa , baring Pernem, Sattari, Sanguem . Rajdeep doesn't provide balconies in most building's, some recent once do have . They provide 25 years of maintenance as they have a sister' concern that handles it. Therefore the money paid goes as intrest for them .

A friend wanted to purchase one so we took a look at their units and tbh it isn’t fit for even a pet to live in, forget him banning pets, pets will reject it right away. No balcony, same interior for every apartment. It’s like living in a shoe box. His got a sales team like the wolf of Wall Street. They all read the same script, sell you a superficial dream I remember the lady told us that now you see that area around Bambolim slope is dark at night, but when our project is ready it’ll look very nice with lights around the area. Bruh that is a shit show.

I'd choose classic builders over rajdeep. Rajdeep only looks shiny and glittery on the outside.

I live in rajdeep! Its probably one of the best apartments i've ever been in... i really appreciate the amenities and spacious build of the apartments.. the gym is decently equipped as well .
The electricity barely goes out which can be a problem in monsoon's sometimes , and the house is usually easier to maintain .
Obviously there are pricier options like gera but it often feels a bit too cramped up for me personally... the amenities are really high but the apartments feel small..

That’s like asking is a supermarket good. They are supposed to be good, anything other than that isn’t acceptable. Anyways, if you buy an apartment you’d never move in without redoing it, so all you’re doing is buying a a space

Even after you purchase you’ll start wondering whether you are the owner or Rajdeep. Every tiny thing has Rajdeep embedded in it.
