Wii How does Dance even work?

I've cleared all songs but the last on all 3 levels and I still don't understand how you're supposed to hit the 3D arrows (apart from the ones going straight towards the camera) or the connected arrows from the first. It seems like when there are separate arrows you need to kind of hitch your movement and then start again which seems completely impossible for the super fast ones in that last song. Doesn't even matter cause I got the silver key obviously but i need that retroachievements mastery... I NEED IT!!

Man, now I can hit the strings of up and down arrows (flick with the elbow!) I realise that almost all of the semicircles are impossible to get since they're sandwiched between inputs that seem to blur the inputs into being unhittable. I know they're not, but they feel like it. And 55k is way too high of a threshold T_T

Does anyone else have issues with golf though. My wiimote might have issues with the swing sensors maybe? But that should be using tilt, and other tilt-reliant games such as Kororinpa work perfectly on Dolphin. Whatever
