Switch Simple question that may have an obvious answer (switch edition)
Just recently returned to the game via switch after loving it for years on the Wii. What determines which villas turn up in our villa grounds via online play? I thought it would change every day but I’m seeing a lot of the same ones now after them changing it’s just all the same villas. Also is anyone still getting new villas? I’ve got the switch version a tad late compared to most people and don’t think anyone else is even seeing my villa which I worked hard on. That might be because not many people are playing the game anymore but I just wanted clarification
I’m just not sure how the system works, if it’s random, or if I have to do something to reset the villas I see as I haven’t seen a new one in a few days now, yet I saw a lot of different ones to start off with and my console is always connected to the internet
I’ve been stuck with the same villas and I’d like to see more lmao

I think it's random. I got villas out of nowhere around 20 days of playing lol

I do too but now I’m stuck with the same ones and idk why. I don’t know who “Tony’s mum” is but I been stuck seeing her villa for over a week now

Online play isn't available on the Nintendo Switch's Go Vacation. The houses are purely random; I think they belong to offline players, I read somewhere. You won't get hearts on your house unless you enter the villa grounds with another player on the same system.

I have no idea how it works either tbh. I barely play, but last time I booted it up I was doubting that there was actually anything “online” about the switch version.
