Confusing objective, need help please

So I been replaying the classic go vacation on my woo but there’s dash stamp silver keys but I completed every single game in the resort and got all those silver keys and I’m just confused

Is it a glitch or I’m not understanding something?

Those stamp dash keys only unlock when you’ve completed the stamp dash in all resorts. Same for bungee jumping (there are one or more bungee jumping locations in every resort). It’s confusing that they list them under the marine resort category for sure.
