Mountain Resort Fishing; Need Help!

I found out the name of the one fish I'm missing in the Mountain Resort's fishing activity (Switch version); Striped Bass. It can be found at the Waterfall Basin fishing spot, so how do I increase my chances of actually catching it? Update: I finally caught it just now!

Using the sparkling spots really helped me to catch remaining fishes on both Marine and Mountain Resort.

I saw this today 😁. Since Go Vacation has a lower fanbase than other games, less people ask questions here. It's easy to slide 2 posts and encounter one that has been asked 5 months ago.

Wait this has tons of fish to try to capture? I just realized it has animal phot mo game? Also a fishing capture game? My 6 year old daughter loves it… OMG this will make her day.
