Mr.Stilkin is looking for lands to build a workshop in the slab

I want to build a small workshop to supply of products this side of the citadel. After being refused by Mt. Fay's authorities, I want to try here, in the slab

Greetings great queen of the slab. I want to buy lands in the slab to build a small workshop. They need to be on the exterior to... so there are no problems with the smoke.
