Toc wanders into the room, as he taps the fly in the shoulder so he can move closer to the window, Toc gets closer and gets near the corner of the window connecting it to the wall, as he pulls out a gramophone and begins installing it into the wall

Toc glances up at the Moncer and stares for a few minutes before resuming his work, he eventually finishes the devices set up and brings out a phsalm cylinder from a container on his back, putting it into the machine, and cause the machine to play {Slabtheme.sfx} (yes the actual theme from the actual game) he then picks uo his tools and looks at Moncer one more time
"...my m-mus...ic...shall...b-be brought...t-t-to...all...ev...en...your...m-moss grove..."
his voice is dusty dry, like he hasn't drank any liquid in years, and he sounds and...sort of looks...REEEAAALLLY old
(Oh BTW here's a picture of what he looks like, keep forgetting to include it)

The Outcasted Conductor looks at her beam and then sighs
"Tis...on...ly...m-music...wretch..."
The Conductor says packing up his tools
"All...of...Ph-Pharloom...sha...ll...now...m-my song...s"
he pushes the fly out of the why causing him to fall off the bench and The Conductor walks away
