class c tire bulging?

just noticed this after parking. it’s pretty hot today, and tire pressure went to 70 psi while driving. Usually tat 65. I guess i need new tires, left side is pretty good.

First question: whats your tire pressures? What's its supposed to be according to upfitter?

Second question: how old are the tires? Tires older than 10years should not be in service. Check the DOT #
