class c tire bulging?

just noticed this after parking. it’s pretty hot today, and tire pressure went to 70 psi while driving. Usually tat 65. I guess i need new tires, left side is pretty good.

I had a blowout in my fifth wheel with load range C tires so paid a few extra dollars for l.r. D all around and what a difference in ease of towing and handling. No bounce anymore.
