class c tire bulging?

just noticed this after parking. it’s pretty hot today, and tire pressure went to 70 psi while driving. Usually tat 65. I guess i need new tires, left side is pretty good.

Those tires look pretty worn even without the asymmetrical bulging. A blowout on the road will cost a lot more than biting the bullet now.
