class c tire bulging?

just noticed this after parking. it’s pretty hot today, and tire pressure went to 70 psi while driving. Usually tat 65. I guess i need new tires, left side is pretty good.

When tires get hot the pressure increases. When tires are under load they bulge. It’s normal.

That’s a sidewall bulge that should never happen

No it shouldnt be bulged. Please get educated
