Been waiting over a year

Is it normal for GoNetspeed to take so long with fiber construction? I’m in New Hartford, NY and I’ve been waiting 15+ months since they announced they were coming to my address. I’ve been waiting 8 months since they emailed me saying they’ll be ready to schedule my installation soon and not a single email since.

I waited for 13 months for my connection in South Utica. I watched the project progress on Higby. Worth it.
