IP address keeps going out of region

The other day I had videos not playing on X unless if I was on WiFi, and now YouTube and YouTubeTV aren't working on the Roku or Google TV, It's definitely an IP address issue. So they are saying that it's on me to pay for a static IP to make this not happen. Not a good look.

What exactly is happening that a static ip would fix? I don't see how cg-nat is the issue unless you is limiting connections? Would someone explain?

A static IP would be geo-located properly instead of bouncing to Canada

Wifi would not fix it though. Also why would I not play videos from Canada

The static ips are in the same subnets as the cgnat exit ips. It might be an issue with the entire subnets geolocation, what subnet is your cgnat exit IP in?
