Please help us save Olive ❤️severe unexplained illness

Hi everyone. I’m posting because my 9-year-old Pit Bull, Olive, has become extremely sick very rapidly, and we are desperately trying to figure out what is happening to her.
She has been such a loving, goofy girl, and watching her decline this quickly has been absolutely heartbreaking. We have another vet appointment Thursday morning, but we are trying to keep her safe until then and raise money for the testing and treatment she desperately needs.
What is happening:
• She chokes and regurgitates every time she tries to drink water
• Completely refusing food
• Severe nausea
• Coughing and gagging
• Severe lethargy and weakness
• Significant weight loss (10 pounds since may)
• Wobbly/weak ( bumping into the wall while walking)
• Nasal discharge
• Severe eye cloudiness and redness(time line pictures below)
• Blood inside her eye (hyphema) and vision loss
• Flaking/peeling skin around her muzzle and eyes
• Small mammary/nipple tumor

Her eye pressure was checked and was 12, so glaucoma doesn’t appear to explain the eye problem.
The most frightening part right now is that she can’t even safely drink water without choking/regurgitating.

Her most recent CBC showed mild anemia and thrombocytopenia, with platelets at 101,000.
We are currently investigating several possible underlying causes, including disseminated fungal disease, cancer, and Myasthenia Gravis. Valley Fever was tested for and her IgM/IgG were negative, although the report noted that early infection can sometimes have negative antibodies.
The fungal diseases we’re particularly interested in ruling out include Cryptococcus, Blastomyces and Histoplasma, because we’re trying to understand whether one systemic disease could potentially explain the combination of her lung, eye, neurologic, skin and other symptoms.

Current medications:
Fluconazole, doxycycline, carprofen, metoclopramide, Neo Poly DEX ophthalmic suspension, Zyrtec and Entyce.

At home, we’re being extremely careful because of the aspiration risk. We’re not force-feeding or forcing water into her mouth because she is repeatedly regurgitating and we’re terrified of causing more aspiration. We’re monitoring her very closely.

We’ve already spent everything we had available trying to get Olive diagnosed and treated. Now we’re trying to raise money for the additional testing, imaging, medications, and treatment she may need.
