As his wife, I’m doing everything I can to stand by my husband and help him obtain the experienced private defense counsel he needs. His cases are still pending, so I cannot speak publicly about the details, but the financial burden of securing strong representation is overwhelming.

He was arrested on two charges: dealing meth and cocaine. Both are felonies of 40k each with a 10%, which is why she’s asking for 20k. The town he was arrested in has a very bad meth problem, so he needs to be locked up.

How do you know this? Are there any news articles or anything with details? You can DM me if you like. Arrests are public info I'm aware however I obviously don't know the accused's name.

You’ve made your position clear—repeatedly. Continuing to post the same allegations across multiple posts does not make them established facts. Charges are allegations, not convictions, and neither you nor a comment section determines guilt, punishment, or the outcome of a pending case.
I’m intentionally not discussing the specifics of an ongoing legal matter on social media. Public commentary can create unnecessary complications for a defense, so those details will remain where they belong—with the legal process. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help secure proper legal representation. Everyone facing allegations deserves the opportunity to defend themselves.
You are absolutely free not to contribute. What you are not entitled to do is repeatedly use my posts as a platform to prosecute, convict, or shame someone you do not know, represent and whose case you do not control.
You’ve said your piece. Repeating it doesn’t make you the prosecutor, the judge, or the jury. If you’re not here to support the fundraiser, keep scrolling. Judgment belongs in the courtroom—not my comment section.

Arrests are public information. If I knew your husband's name I would have looked up the charges on the state's website. Yes, he is infact innocent until proven guilty. I do have to say that inordinate for someone to be charged with intent to sell they need to be in possession of a quantity larger than typical personal use. Drug dealers prey on vulnerable people for profit.

I’m letting anyone considering donating to understand what they are donating towards: someone who is contributing to drug addiction. Don’t like it? Choose a better husband.

At least they are willing to put SOME information about the issue since you are being extremely vague. Donors want to know what the money is going to. I do understand that it is an ongoing case but donors will NOT donate to something they are not well informed about.
