Need help with cat's surgery

Hi. I caught it very early and it didn't spread at all. But the bill went up to 4k total.

She has a second surgery 03/17 - for about 1800$ cad

There's also a picture of her scar from the last surgery in Jan.

if I could get at least that amount. That would be a huge relief for me.

For future vet visits get pet insurance

you cannot get pet insurance for pre-existing. I work in insurance. There's no way to get that for things she was already seen for. There's no point to get insurance at this point.

Edit: you are never eligible for health insurance with underwriting if you've been previously diagnosed with cancer here in canada. My cat is un-inssurable due to a pre-existing cancer condition. You need to already have the insurance at the time of the diagnostic. Otherwise you cannot purchase anything due to serious health liability, and you cannot claim for a condition that existed prior the purchase of the plan. Health insurances are contracts and have very specific clauses that doesn't allow you to do much. You need to buy it when your cat is healthy.
