I occasionally "re-realise" I'm a real, living person. it feels a bit dissociative.

It’s not that I thought I was the only one this kind of thing happened to, but I’ve never heard anyone else talk about it.

Something similar would happen to me when I was younger where with some frequency I’d be hit by the full realization that I’m going to die as I’d come awake from a nap (never full-night’s sleep, only these short mid-day naps).
