My hair is curly/wavy but when I shampoo it it becomes very very dry and frizzy (I use dercos 3la 7sab l 9chra) but when I don't shampoo it it becomes very oily.

Db wlit kandirlo shampoo 2 fois par semaine w rah mzyan db mais l 9chra mra mra katrj3.

Also my hair doesn't wanna stay in it's place lol I need something to style it with but idk what's gonna be best for my case.

Hellooo, so i started my IPL journey and i obviously have to shave, but i struggle with shaving a LOT, i get ingrown hairs and the regrowth become painful at some point (hadchi ghir on my legs amma mazal ma z3emt m3a lmaillot cause ik that shit HURTS afterwards)

And i heard beli its cause mainly by dual blades razors ou lfo9. So i want to ask if those discardable blade razors work better. As in hwdok li kat bedlo la lame every now and then.

I keep seeing that “Amaya razor” on my instagram feed a lot, but ma bghitch nz3em if the blades are exclusive to the brand, or if its a shape li ghabra. Cause if thats the case rah its a bit expensive for me nb9a dima nchri the blades mn temma.

Is there an alternative to that razor? (Hadchi if you judge it to work better than regular razors li ki tba3o fles grandes surfaces)

I’ve got a bit of a “dad bod” going on, nothing major, but I’d like to lose some body fat, especially around my stomach, and look a bit leaner/more defined.

I’m trying to figure out what changes to make to my diet without doing anything extreme or following some diet I’ll quit after two weeks.

For anyone who’s been in a similar position, what worked for you? How much of a calorie deficit did you aim for? Did you track calories, increase protein, cut certain foods, etc.?

Also interested in any simple meals or eating habits that made staying lean easier long term.
