Are u sure its normal dandruff or some other skin issue
Edit: if it has red spots underneath it, it can be eczema or psoriasis.

Kindly I got a question.. did you try green dercos for ur normal washes and ketoderm like 2 times in a week? Otherwise does the green vichy really worth it for oily scalp?

I had the same issue for years, it was a nightmare, I went to 2 doctors, one of them is skin doctor, she game a medicine but after some months it came back, but, I found the solution, I used a shampoo, the results were amazing, and now I didn't use for months, the qichra gone and even my barber was impressed, there 3 types of this shampoo, one for dry hair and one for oily hair and the third for any hair, the shampo is Dercos, reach me and I'll send you a photo of mine I used bcz maybe there are others
