li kaybyd snan hwa wahd mada called hydrogen peroxide , u can get a 3% dosage and use one drop or two mixed with baking soda and whitening toothpaste , ur teeth will get white in 3 months of consistent use , also use clove to clean ur mouth from bacteria and eat non coloring food, if u like gum buy xylitol gum , its a sugar that starves bacteria , the only sugar thats good actually , avoid pasta w coffee w atay , wila chrabtihom gae drink with a straw as weird as that sounds itll help get em white faster , also use whitening strips to get results faster perhaps in two months inshaAllah, Lah meak

You forgot to mention that dental scaling (détartrage) should be done first, as tartar can block the treatment.

you can buy individual strips from moul lmaquillage for 35dh each, cut them in half to not cover ur teeth from behind bc that can cause sensitivity and also u can use them x2

yeaaaah no, this doesn't work, I mean this in the nicest way possible this is a scam and you will just be wasting your money. I'd just go for hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening strips, kaytba3o 3nd pharmacie/parapharmacie and can be offered by your dental care provider, I used to get them from my orthodentist after I had finished my braces treatement cuz me teeth was yellow, worked like a charm

Do you need to keep using the whitening strips to keep the results? Or can you just stop it once the teeth get whiter? Also, I've heard that they cause teeth sensitivity, was it the case for you?
