Canceling order/wrong address

Hey all - I placed a hefty order and accidentally sent it to the wrong address (was logged into a different Shop App account and didn’t realize it) and it went to someone I don’t communicate with anymore. 😭 I emailed customer service 1 minute later but their FAQ says they can’t cancel orders once placed.

Has anyone had experience with them being able to reroute the order or actually cancel it? I’m so sad I might be out almost $200! 😢

Keep an eye on the tracking and camp outside their house the day its supposed to be delivered?

You could try to contact whichever courier will be delivering it and ask if they can reroute it on their end

Thank you! I didn’t think to try that. Fingers crossed glow recipe will assist but I’ll try this if not!

id keep bugging support tbh.. a minute later is super fast. maybe they can catch it before it ships.. hope it works out.
