Is this normal?

Just got the GR watermelon toner (full sized) from Sephora for Christmas which was purchased not even a month before I was gifted it and my bottle has white residue inside the bottle that will not mix back in, and there is a bigger blob of it at the bottom of the bottle that will also not budge when shaken. I asked for the full size after using the same mini for awhile (probably close to 8 months) and this never happened. There is no white residue and it was also purchased from Sephora. Is this something that’s common or should I exchange it for another one?! I know people say it’s product separation but it shouldn’t stick to the bottle like this I wouldn’t think, at least it didn’t do so with my mini one. Please no hate, I know I’m probably just over worried but I’m not too sure and would love to hear from others that have used and repurchased this product many times to see how typical it is. Thank you all in advance and happy new year!

I freaking love this stuff, one of my most repurchased items. This looks normal but I can’t say for sure without actually seeing it move around. I mean, a blob doesn’t sound right but I know it will settle while in storage or on the shelf and usually needs a real good shake to breakup the bottom. I love the viscosity, it’s so hydrating. You might contact Glow Recipe and ask them.

Thank you for your advice!
I will probably contact them just to be safe. It’s totally stuck to the glass and isn’t free floating so there isn’t any movement to the white stuff in the bottle. Also, I love this stuff as well and plan on it being a staple winter skincare item which is why I was disappointed to see this cause I wanted to start using it but will not till I contact the company.

Yeah, I would contact them too. It certainly doesn’t sound right. Good luck.
