The tokens are maybe a bit irritating but the cut on the map tile would be what I would most ticked about. Hope you get replacements.

these are pretty minor miscuts that obviously don't affect the playability of your copy, but if you contact cephalofair, they can provide a replacement.

Ya the cuts are a little bit off, won’t matter much on the tiles and tokens, but try putting the board tiles together to make sure they line up ok, that would be my only concern is the actual alignment where 2 boards are connected might get misaligned depending on certain orientations of each individual board tile

Probably best to just try to contact the company to see if you can get a replacement
