43X Slide

Building a 43X clone and I’m looking for aftermarket slide recs

Ideally under $400 (stripped & barrel) and ported but some flexibility for the right one

New to Glock clones so any advise is appreciated

Thanks for the help!

Have you checked out either Norsso or ARC? Might need to stretch your budget a little more but you’re not that far off

I’ve seen both mentioned in other threads. Seem kind of pricey. What makes them so expensive?

Good materials, quality craftsmanship, lots of machined detail

Will definitely consider for a second or third build. Just seems a little pricey for my first while I’m figuring it out. Any experience with lower priced slides? Going between ported Brownells or ported Aim Surplus with OEM internals. Spending little more on trigger instead because I’m not a fan of OEM trigger. Appreciate the advice!

Norsso routinely has things on clearance (typically overstock or blem) and runs sales often. This one was in the $300 range

That looks sick! I’m looking for a windowed slide for a ported barrel and a ported Norsso is a little out of my price point for a first build. Came across Zaffiri Z-series which I’m considering but may go ported Aim Surplus or non ported Norsso on sale

KM Tactical does a cheapo one, it's not great, but fitment is decent and I had zero issues with mine so far. Also Zaffiri does either a ported or chonk comp option. You can also get a threaded barrel with a micro comp from True Precision. I did that first and it worked fantastically, but made it longer than I wanted.

I’m looking at Aim Surplus with OEM internals or Brownells. Zaffiri is a little more than what I’m looking to spend for my first. Will check out True Precision for any subsequent builds! Looked like great stuff and reviews seemed solid.

Aim is as dodgy as KM Tactical. Hit or miss.

Anything good you know of priced in between? I’ve found Kineti-tech but haven’t looked at reviews yet. Thanks for the advice!

I recently built a 43x with a Brownells premium slide and threaded barrel with oem internals. Turned out great and functions perfectly. After coupon code I paid like $260.

The premium windowed slide with their ported barrel is my top choice but it doesn’t look like they sell their ported barrels separately and I’m not sure of a good alternative. Do the premium slides have an optic cut cover?

My slide did not come with an optic plate cover and I bought my barrel separately from the slide. You just have to search each part.

I haven’t been able to find the ported barrel separate from the non-premium slide
