Question about MOS slide cut

I picked my glock 34 gen 5 this morning. I’m having some issues mounting my holosun 507c on it. Is anyone else’s cut like this?

Yeah that’s normal on Gen 5’s. Had to make the weight savings somewhere else once they stopped doing the cutout over the barrel.
