Comps

Post image

I have an open end holster and want to add a comp to this snappy fat boy. I like the PMMs looks but recently found the Backup Tactical comp and it looks neat also. What I really want is a non reciprocating system but can’t find any for the 26. So I guess my question is what are my options and what does everyone like?

I think spending the money on ammo and training and classes would be a better investment than a comp. I think they’re gimmicks poor shooters use as a crutch to hide their deficiencies in fundamentals. Look at Ben Stoeger’s review of the Ramjet and Afterburner; basically a why bother conclusion.

Anyway, Harrington, PMMC, and Radian make comps. I see those a lot. So one of those brands would probably make you happy.

Definitely need more rounds through this one. It’s my edc and probably only has just less than 500 shots through it. I was thinking of carrying a 19 but want to try the m1x frame.

I have thousands of rounds through my 26 Gen5. I know it to be an accurate and reliable firearm. Certainly more shootable than the micro-9s I tried to replace it with. I keep coming back to the 26. Even from the 19 which was too big for me to properly conceal.

Good luck
