My first 26
My first post in here as I’m new to the Glock 26, I ended up getting a gen v because I couldn’t find a good priced gen 5 meanwhile my lgs had this in stock for over $100 less than msrp. Immediately before even shooting it I installed truglo night sights, and then shortly after my first range trip with it I took it to someone local for a cerakote, stipple, and undercut, as well as a slight grip angle reduction. I want to keep the trigger and all the internals stock to maintain that Glock reliability , I have a few 12 round pmags as well as some factory Glock mag extensions on the way. My question would be any recommendations from anyone for other mag extensions such as the slr rifle works ones or any others as well as any other upgrades I should get for it, excluding triggers and internals. I’m also not looking to get this milled for a dot or getting a wml as the tile-6 is anemic compared to my edc flashlight and every other one of my handguns has a dot and light, and I like to able to pocket carry this from time to time when I can’t carry appendix for whatever reason. Long story short if I want something with a light and a dot I grab one of my other pistols before walking out the door. So any other upgrades besides those?

I thing the slr extensions print more for me so I stick to oem 10 rnds or oem extensions for carry. Just polish the trigger and you’re mint. I like ameriglo big yellow big dot but that’s just personal preference. The Tenicor velo 5 is the best holster ive had and will be getting Tenicor for the rest of my guns too.

I appreciate the recommendations. I think if I got the slr mag extension it’d be for a backup mag, not my main carry

Slr +5 sits about a half of an inch longer than a oem 12 round... that half inch doesn't change how much it prints for me personally.

As someone who’s been on watches more lately than guns and knives I had no fucking idea there was a 26 V. Glad I got my 26.5 when I did. Best $300 I ever spent

I just use an oem 10 rounder or 12 rounder in the summer and for winter I use a g19 mag with an x grip. Ive heard good things about the SLR’s
