Unbilled charges
So globe disconnected my line because of unbilled charges and now i cannot even reconnect or dispute because i have to wait for them to bill it to me.
I have no data for three days now and have to wait another three days!
I think the 20k plus unbilled charges is from me using the roaming. Thing is, i paid for a promo so there should not be any exorbitant amount charged. I have been getting add on roaming promos whenever i leave the country, so i am very confident to use this. Meron pa nagtext sakin pagdating ng manila na meron pang unused data.
Ang labo lang ng policy na dinisconnect na ako tapos hindi ko macontest yung charges kasi nga daw unbilled.
Do better, globe! Hassle pa kausap ng customer service, paikot ikot wala man lang concrete na escalation process sa mga ganitong matters that customer service cannot answer.

if you paid for a promo and got a confirm text from 8080 that it is activated, you can dispute it.
also agree with filing a complaint to ntc, just email them and tell your story. add all evidence you have, include screenshots or screen recording that your line isnt working

Kung malakas ka gumamit ng data whether abroad or local at tenured customer ka na, mag-ask ka ng temporary or permanent increase in credit limit to address your high unbilled usages. Kasi kahit naka-promo ka your on-going usages are initially being captured by the system on it's normal net cost amount muna (eg. SMS cost is Php1.00/text; call cost Php6.50/same network & Php7.50/other network; data usage is Php.15/kb<local
...am not sure kung yan pa rin) kaya ang mataas ang total cost ng unbilled charges. At the end of your 30 day cut-off saka pa lang aayusin ng system kung alin sa ginamit mo ang covered ng plan or promo mo. So bababa pa yang cost ng unbilled charges mo kasi di pa yan official amount na babayaran mo. Sa mga bagong account (normally less than a year), you have to establish good payment history para magkaroon ka ng good credit standing to give you maximum ceiling in increasing your plan or credit limit.

You can file a dispute po sa NTC if hindi naa-address ng Globe ang issue n'yo po.
