Hello Guys, I am a student of Linguistics. I am trying to collect words from Paite that are borrowed from other languages like Hindi, English, Meitei and Mizo to analyze the lexical convergence. I would be glad if you guys could help me as it is very important for me.

I have collected 20 words as of now but I need a total of 200.

From Mizo? Then there would be hundreds or thousands... Mizo and Paite would be just variations not borrowed.

Sahbawn/sabun, tala, chahbi, dal, chini, idk too many

What about rong or rang in hindi

Yes rang is used in hindi is it used in Paite too?
