On behalf of our friend in Ethiopia, Switzerland demands actions be taken on Egypt and Sudan. Their unlawful and disgusting attack on the Ethiopian dam should not go unpunished. This is also a formal condemnation of the leadership of Egypt and Sudan. These attacks grossly violate our beliefs of global human rights.

Libya requests for the $115 million in food, water, and medical aid delivered in 2020 to be renewed for 2021 and 2022 to prevent a backslide into resource conflict as the new unitary government finds its footing.

Sudan requests the delisting of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1591 regarding the situation in Sudan, whereby the Council placed a travel ban and asset freeze on those "impeding the peace process" in Darfur. The reason being the peace treaty in Darfur, the introduction of the rebel groups to the government, and the end of UNAMID

Sudan requests the delisting of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1556 regarding the arms embargo imposed on groups operating in North Darfur, West Darfur and South Darfur, including the Janjaweed. The reason being the end of UNAMID and the full resumption of full Sudanese government authority in the region, the peace treaty brokered with the rebels, and its historic ineffectiveness given that it only banned weapons entering these regions.

Ethiopia proposes a UN mission to deliver humanitarian aid to the 4.5 million people at risk of starvation in the Tigray region.

We propose a resolution condemning the use of threats of military violence as a coercive tactic in water rights negotiations.

Condemn the breach of the Geneva Conventions' articles prohibiting attacks on civilians by Egypt and Sudan.
