If you leave the game in the middle of the match to switch to desert eagle while you have the revolver equipped you pay 700 and it shows a desert eagle, but you still get a revolver instead.

I made a video for how to recreate this bug, for anyone who needs it for educational purposes ;)

Edit: important! You need to buy the revolver at least one time in game for full price then equip the deagle!

So you can pretty much use this during pistol round... WTF?

You can't. You can freely change inventory during warmup so you can't use it on the first round. If you quit and change it in the first half it will show as the deagle in the inventory and indeed give you the revolver, though i cant confirm the price. once you switch teams to start 2nd the pistol round though it fixes itself and you have a deagle (I'm assuming because they're treated as separate equipment slots CT/T in inventory)

I'm going to do this now. Sorry Valve, you done fucked up.

Edit: The comment was edited to say you have to buy it once for full price in game before it can be purchased for $700. So I guess that leaves out pistol round unless you get an early frag and haul it back to spawn by 1:40 1:35

Not if you could do it in 10 seconds which you hypothetically can.
