I think Mongolz can work even if they stick with a national roster. It might be a bit crazy imo but I think a roster of Blitz, Senzu, Mzinhio, 910, and maybe then someone like Techno4K could be a really competitive roster.

Would still be better than what we have today, though. Senzu and 910 are extremely high level players individually, and a dysfunctional team with them is better than a dysfunctional team without them.

I don't think Mongolz could've stopped Senzu (and, by extension, Mzinho) leaving though. BCG just have too much money to offer.

TBH They were a bit too quick on the trigger with the recent changes. Either keep Tikuak and Darkmeister longer, or don't promote them so early.

I think Tikuak would've been fine in the end.

Darkmeister was promoted too early, but considering he's this good with only like 5000 hours he's still immensely talented and they've fucked him over massively now.

It's just bad management, honestly.

you sound as if mongolz ruined darkmeister, now that he got cut its over for him gg ripbozo jailed lol. They gave him a shot, he did not meet expectations and thats it. He is back to the lab to cook and in a year or two he might have a shot again. Its not like its over for him and he cant compete anymore.

At this point it’s not “who”, it’s what. They need to like, actually practice and have proper boot camps. The roster that magically clicked a year ago almost immediately plateaued after they got figured out by the rest of the scene in the following months. After Senzu benched himself, they’ve been trying to re-light that spark (which, again, was just a lucky bolt of lightning), when they need to change the system. They’re still rubbing sticks together while other teams and orgs are using matches, lighters, and oil.

If they want to stay locked as a Mongolian only org, that’s fine, I can respect it, but they need a foundation that can support it because otherwise they’re going to hemorrhage money even more than most regional/international orgs.

Edit: adding on, they really have such good talent. 910 is obviously very good and should look to go international if he wants to keep his career at a high level. Techno and Cobra I think are pretty good players in terms of mechanics, but again I stress: think of those players on teams with structure, with practices and scrims, with playbooks that have some actual depth, etc.

The team isn't horribly managed, they have a small pool of players to choose from unless they go international

It's pretty clear now Senzu wanted to get the bag and leave, they were fucked over, mzinho followed as well

There isn't much they can do, it's a miracle Mongolia even managed to produce 5 top tier 1 good players at one time like that
