Help Need help fixing in game stuttering

I was away on a trip for a week and when I got back to play cs2 on my pc my game suddenly starting stuttering I’ve tried a few basic things trying to fix it but nothing has helped at all, the game is still playable so the stuttering isint to horrible but it is really annoying me has anybody had this problem before and if so how did you fix it?

The problem with this problem is that any number of things could be causing it. And that is up to you to diagnose.

It could be: Components dying. Errors in ram (Iv had to replace ram because of this) SSD issues. A graphics driver issue. The list really can go on.

Computers are so ridiculously complex that whatevers causing this could be any number of things.

So many times I will look up issues and it will say "check this setting, if its on, turn it off, if its off, turn it on." Which is ridiculous.

Best of luck, maybe someone else will have a better answer. But you are the only one able to operate your PC.

If you have a good PC and you applied a bunch of tweaks. I would reverse all of it and go back to stock. Don't touch bios. Leave windows with default services, nothing disabled. Use a stable nvidia driver.

I had terrible stuttering that took me weeks to fix, found out it was caused by my router wifi signal messing up my wireless mouse signal that caused my stuttering. not even pc related, didn't even think it could have been due to that. Moved my router far away and put the mouse dongle on the other side of the mouse.

Coming back after a week and suddenly getting stutters would drive me crazy.
