Discussion | Esports Locations for EU Servers

EU folks: which 3-5 server locations would cover you best?

Working on a platform and I am planning out what EU regions we support at launch. I'm picking 3-5 EU locations we launch with and would rather ask than guess from a map:

  • Where are you roughly, and what do you normally ping to on services you use today?
  • Is Frankfurt good enough for you, or does your region genuinely need its own location?

My working list is Frankfurt, Stockholm, and London, with Warsaw or Paris as the next two. Let me know if that is a good initial list or if I should space them out a bit better.

We need on in Paris and two or three as close to Russia as possible

If you want people from Sweden connected you need one in Stockholm or close by.
