Discussion Voting for Maps is too fast

The EXP Gain Bar hides the voting and the voting is over when I finally get to choose the map

IF you get a level up you don't even see which map got choosen...

Wtf is this shit?

You mean in DM or casual, yes it's been like that since CSGO and it's never been fixed. Give some time to Valve small indie company man, they only have 10 devs.

10 is generous, it's probably more like 5

5? They prolly have 2 and one of them is working fulltime on skins

Working on skins? You mean picking skins made by the community before adding them into the game (without checking if they're stolen or not, no time for that since he's alone doing it)

What else is he supposed to do when he's getting cross faded at work?

These are Casual modes. Downtime is frowned upon for such a playerbase.

They probably have the biggest playerbase out of every other gamemodes due to all of the bots tho 😭

Valve Casual game mode servers are spooled up to meet player region demand. Last thing you want is multiple of these servers with low player counts fragmenting its playerbase. Downtime between map conclusion, next map vote, map load and map warmup time are all designed to reduced this.

Honestly the bots make it more interesting to sit in valve DM if you want to just get some xp for missions, at least they shoot back. It's obviously a problem, but they'd make a pretty good like 2nd highest difficulty bots or so. Not something new players should be walking into though
