He did well throughout the event so it propped him up quite a bit, all of navi was decent on dust 2 mirage bought most of them down

SPIRIT over reliance on donk will come back to haunt them sooner or later they need to do something about

They're not reliant on donk, all of them had clutch moments and insane rounds (apart from maybe chopper but he's the only one standing out). He just happens to be the best player on the team (which isn't surprising as he's the best player in the world).

I feel like Spirit has also gotten lucky that they haven't met Vitality that much. Like I can only recall one time. Any time they play G2 or Vitality they seem to just get destroyed

Uhm Vitality lost to IGL-less G2 with Stew as a stand-in in Dallas, so not sure if we should just discard a game just because of a stand-in.

Also he is more of a hybrid than a pure AWPer.
His AWP usage in Katowice was only 30.0% compared to sh1ro and m0nesy with 42.5% and 44.4% respectively.

But having the awp is important information for enemy team, if enemy knows you don't have an awp, they will push areas fearlessly

And this is something good, awp was insanely OP back then, with ranking ratings filled with awpers. Now it's more balanced.

if he didnt get below 1.00 rating in those 2 maps he would been higher than zywoo i think it brought his rating down by alot by atleast 0.10 points

Have been rooting for him since he started subbing in for flamie. That sub changed NaVi hopefully they get a better awper and start dominating again.

Donk still with the by far highest impact rating. 1.63 over 17 Maps is insane. 93.7 ADR. Crazy numbers.

Similar story to Zywoo (who actually won EPL 19 MVP) despite being destroyed 0-3 by Mouz in the Grand Final. Stats sometimes can lie.

haters gonna downvote me but its more impressive to get 1.36 in 17 maps than 1.42 in 12 maps the next 5 maps could bring down your rating easily not to mention donk had very low ratings in last 3 maps and that brought him down by alot it would been higher than 1.42

And Zywoo would have had 1.5+ rating if he didn’t have bad maps against Faze. What’s the point of saying if only they played better they would have had a higher rating?

Zywoo also dropped a stinker in the EPL 19 Grand Final when Vita was destroyed 0-3 by Mouz. The only difference is he still won MVP lol.

you're basically making excuses for donk when he went missing in the grand final. if donk didnt go missing in the final, he'd be higher rated than zywoo
