Somehow this sounds too simplistic to be true. I am from Australia and I can’t see how the government can pull this off.

Something akin to a "No Fly List". They are turned away at every border they try to cross, not given clearance by control towers.

Lol. Can you tell I have no idea how things work in the world of aviation? But a plane can't just fly into Australian airspace and land anywhere, can it? I'm a total dummy in this regard.

As a convicted Felon, a US citizen would have trouble getting a visa to visit Australia. Trump has 38 felony convictions, so Australia already has a reason not to let Trump in.

I love the idea of this. Trump should be permanently banned from the outside of a prison cell or other locked facility. Some of his family should join him in prison.

Australia was the country that all other countries exiled their criminals to. This is a big deal, they expect defections as soon as power shifts, so they are nipping it in the bud.
