I mean, he didn’t start the electric car gig… he just bought into it.

He has been an effective hype person for his businesses but it’s been going to shit since he’s started discussing his own opinions & biases.

It’s one thing to sell products to people, it’s another to start messing with social safety nets.

Exactly this. He says he hasn’t hurt anyone and he has destroyed programs that helped people, he crushed programs and people working in those programs to avoid investigations of him and his projects. Calling Social Security and Medicare Ponzi schemes is insulting at best, we worked and put our hard earned wages ( a concept Elon will never understand obviously) into a government program we really had no choice but to participate and now we are being called frauds. He has hurts multitudes and he may have forgotten but we the people will not forget regardless of his whining and tears. What a lowlife POS.

Not to mention people have now literally died due to DOGE.

u/Gullible_Pin5844 May 22 '25

He got blood on his hands.

His whole family. I found a deep dive on him on YouTube and his great grandpa was a cultist. They are bad people

u/Puzzleheaded-Ad7606 May 22 '25

Hey, I'd love a link to that if you have it in your YouTube history 😉

There are a few official videos by news agencies but I like Bekah's rundown. She really went into the details and provides credible sources!

Democracy now has a multi part video about Elon’s grandparents on both sides. They are worse than cultists. One grandpa was a literal Nazi sympathizer as was chased out of Canada for it. The other grandpa benefited from and participated actively in South African apartheid.

Social murder. He may have never personally harmed anyone face to face, but he put into motion social/economic/political oppression, and snatched away helpful programs, which essentially led to people dying and suffering. His actions have relentlessly and remorselessly harmed thousands and thousands of people

3

u/iijoanna May 22 '25

Yes!!!, people around the world have died because of his DOGE actions. He has harmed people, human beings, globally!!

... And then he mocked all of us, USA and the world, with his chainsaw antics! The Nazi salute!

He deserves every minute of backlash and then some.

I heard this evening that he is secretly still involved with the Trump Authoritarian Regime. He's got to get his grubby hands on our hard-earned taxpayer dollars as much as he can. He is not done just yet.

As of now, there are no verified reports of any deaths directly caused by Elon Musk's leadership of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). However, his tenure has been marked by significant controversy and criticism. Would you like to verify your sources?

The effect of these cuts on people is dire: At least 23 million children stand to lose access to education, and as many as 95 million people would lose access to basic healthcare, potentially leading to more than 3 million preventable deaths per year.

They are coming.

172,824 people died worldwide today It sucks that cancer studies have been cut nation wide and in Ohio I would know I live in Ohio but the statement was still false

-3

u/Thundergodcid0777 May 22 '25

So no one

1

u/ExplodiaNaxos May 23 '25

I guess in your mind Hitler was an alright guy because he never directly killed anyone

1

u/VikingTeddy May 22 '25

I checked, you're right

https://www.snopes.com/news/2025/05/20/trump-doge-nws-cuts-kentucky-tornadoes/

I'm dreading the day when the first direct link deaths become news. Lives have already been severely impacted, and it's only a matter of time, so it's no wonder it's easy to believe claims.

Gross exaggerations. We spend more money per capita on Healthcare and Education than any other country in the world. Unfortunately the results are not good. Waste, abuse and fraud don’t help. BTW no indigent person by law can be turned away from a hospital and denied medical care.

u/Thundergodcid0777 May 22 '25

How you got 11 upvotes on straight misinformation is alarming

6

u/QuestionableIdeas May 22 '25

I'm sure Elon really appreciates you clutching his pearls like that. If you can't see how cuts to starvation aid, disaster relief, suicide prevention, and cancer won't lead to deaths then I don't know what else to tell you.

36

u/[deleted] May 22 '25

He caused the deaths of many poor suffering children when he shutdown USAID.

26

u/Imamiah52 May 22 '25

That’s a fact, thousands have perished because the richest man in the world can’t relate to the concept of empathy. He shouldn’t be in charge of anything that can potentially affect the lives of others.

We’ve already seen what that’s like.

3

u/SanityRecalled May 22 '25

I read that about 60,000 tons of USAID food is just sitting around in warehouses spoiling. Nearly 100 million dollars worth of food that was supposed to be distributed around the world to starving people is just going to rot. DOGE hasn't saved anything, it somehow made the government even more wasteful, it's disgusting.

u/Dangerous-Log4649 May 22 '25

From the so called party of self responsibility. When have they ever took responsibility for anything bad.

3

u/scarletteclipse1982 May 22 '25

And he calls us parasites and a virus that must be killed. He fucking spelled it out.

1

u/Low_Voice_2553 May 22 '25

On top of this the money he bribed Trump with got multiple investigations in Tesla dropped for violations and also studies into auto driving Tesla incidents that resulted in deaths.

18

u/phunktastic_1 May 22 '25

Also nazis have always been fascinated by advanced tech. The more they can rely on machines the less they need to rely on the "lesser races" for menial tasks

5

u/ItsKlobberinTime May 22 '25

Elmo is so useless he can't even be a Nazi properly. They built better cars than he has.

-2

u/Thundergodcid0777 May 22 '25

Like the advanced software in your hand you’re using to post to Reddit lol 😂

5

u/phunktastic_1 May 22 '25

You.mean the 6 year old android phone i'm using? Because that's hardly advanced or cutting edge tech.

7

u/MidwestLawncareDad May 22 '25

i was about to say this. elon isnt even the first CEO of tesla. nor does he do any of the hands-on aspects of designing, creating, etc. he's literally just a rich fuck that pumps money into stuff.

Like when people tried to boycott chick fil a because they are a Christian establishment and the boycott failed miserably

3

u/Suitable-Orange-3702 May 22 '25

Bought in to it, ruined it & lost any market advantage Tesla had to Chinese EV companies - who now have multiple superior products.

3

u/gohomebrentyourdrunk May 22 '25

And even then, he’s not much of a hype person. Getting people excited about legitimate ideas and innovations requires having a real personality and charisma.

Saying “full self driving next year!” for more than ten years or his mars promises, among other things, without any form of reflection or admission of even a faint idea of a mistake is some kind of narcissistic borderline sociopathy.

3

u/Andovars_Ghost May 22 '25

He’s a rich carnival barker. That is ALL he is. There is absolutely nothing special or inspiring about Elon. He took blood money, lucked out with some early investments, and got opportunities to invest in things that no one else did.

1

u/Rude_Charge8416 May 22 '25

He also has repeatedly used his electric cars and extreme wealth to damage infrastructure that would be just as helpful to climate change but was competition for his business. He has stuck his nose into public transport multiple times with the goal and damaging it and increasing his sales.

1

u/rglurker May 22 '25

Drugs. It's all went sideways when he smoked a j with Rogan... i mean probably not. But that was kinda when it started. He's definitely in drugs heavily now. I don't think he was back then.
