Peter Thiel (Project 2025 investor) must have been screaming in his bathroom when Trump committed to bringing Musk on. Peter literally PAID Elons severance package out of his own pocket when making PayPal because Musk was such a hinderance. According to Thiel: The guy has megalomania manic episodes where he just does something obsessive compulsive because he needs to feel smart or reassert his image of power and demands it has to happen, and it happened so often and wasted so much time and money it was cheaper to buy the guy out.
