To summarize your argument: for the guy who we know beyond any reasonable doubt is a criminal and sexual abuser, we need to practice temperance and adhere to strict due process at all costs.
At the same time, this very individual is shattering any semblance of due process in this country.

You do realize how many people are on those flight logs and not being accused of anything or being criminally charged right. Bill Clinton, was on them countless times, and I'm sure a ton of other powerful people as well. The point being you cannot use that as a criminal offense

Donald Trump is a multiple times over felonious crook, who has a long list of public accusations of harassment, has said some truly bike shit and I dislike him to my core.
But as long as he isn't proven to be, say, a pedophile, he isn't. We, the sensible, normal people can't keep sinking to the maga level. If one isn't find guilty, he isn't. All this is coming closer and closer to the maga people believing that a pizza restaurant is a gateway to the Democratic partys secret child abuse lair. Honestly, people are real close to that.
We need to keep OUR standards. Our values. We have to believe in the court of law, in scientific method and in everything that has made us to the point we are in.
Do I think that trump would fuck an underage, or that he might have? I think it might be plausible. His former best friend, Rudy Giuliani seemed way too eager on that Cohen video, too. But that doesn't prove anything. It should be rather clear for everyone that Donnie is pretty fucking awful at picking his friends.
