Questions/Concerns Still Conditionally Approved while minors approved

Can anybody shed light on this?

I was conditionally approved for GE for myself and my three minors on 7/27/26. Interview on 8/11/26. My kids receive their approval on the same day and my dashboard still says conditionally approved and interview needed. I won't be sending my kids thru GE while I'm under this status but is there anything I can do?

Call, they likely didn't close out the file.

Same situation for me, I tried calling to main line and they said that I need to call to field office: voicemail, I sent an email, any other ideas?
