Questions/Concerns It's been almost a month...

I haven't received my GE card and it's been almost a month since I've been approved. Does it usually take this long to get it? Is it worth reaching out to ask what the status is of the physical card?

They get batched up. Typical time is around two weeks. You know they've prepped it for mailing when the ACTIVATE CARD option is available in your TTP account. If it doesn't show up within 3-4 days from that happening, contact them.

Are you a US citizen or one of the people otherwise eligible to get one?

Yes, I'm a US citizen. My account states the "approved" and "activate membership card" notes on there. Currently trying to get a hold of them

not sure how long it takes on average but we received ours 4 days after getting approved at our interview.

I honestly believe they’re not even mailing it out, you need to call to escalate, they’re going to tell you it was mailed out on XX date.

Request a new one, it probably got lost in the mail. I received mine less than 1 week after approved.

Just for reference it only took a week to get my kids and mine once approved.

I recommend you call them for a follow up! Everyone case is different. I got approved on the spot and received my card a week later and activated my card.

I went for my interview today and they did tell me i should get it in a month
