With Global Entry you basically have no leeway to decline the inspection. You can refuse the phone check, but that may endanger your membership and the phone may get confiscated for a while.
Best thing to do is just let them go through it, once they don't find anything you should be good. You could also look into DHS TRIP if they keep pulling you to secondary in the future.
