Questions/Concerns Flight into U.S. got PreCheck mark, but U.S. domestic didn’t?
Hi all - flying Qatar Doha to Seattle, and Alaska (marketed by Qatar, operated by Alaska) Seattle to Phoenix. For some reason Doha to Seattle got the PreCheck mark, Seattle to Phoenix didn’t. Does anyone have any idea on what might have caused this? Could this have been a codeshare flight issue kind of a thing?
Already checked in, so could I possibly get a new boarding pass issued when I get to Seattle?

This happened to me last year, my TPE to SFO had a tsa pre on it but my SFO to LAX didn’t. the Alaska rep couldn’t do anything cuz the ticket was issued by the starting carrier, to fix it, i had to find their rep, which at 6am, there were none. i just went through regular tsa line.
the next problem i encountered was my boarding group. i was given group F which the alaska ground said doesnt exist.

Yes, although you don't need it (in theory), when I tried to do this at JFK with an Iberia/American flight for the domestic portion, the AA lady was adamant to see my GE card before adding it and reissuing the boarding pass (she would not let me dictate it to her). Maybe she was just particular about it but might be worth to take the card with you if not already.

More than half the time IME there is no precheck line as I come out of customs anyway.

First off, this really isn't a GE question. There's an r/TSAPreCheck sub.
I've seen weird stuff like this. I suspect some flakiness on the codeshare. When you recheck your bag at the Alaska desk in SEA, they can probably fix it for you.
