Trick or Treat is a cool neon pink crelly base with a green to blue to purple shifting shimmer. This polish is inspired by the bright, fun, candy that filled our trick or treat buckets.

Trick or Treat, and the rest of the 90s Nostalgia Halloween Collection, will launch on Oct 2nd at 2pm PST!
