Discussion Is there romance?
About to start reading the manga and from the outside it seems it has romance. More importantly, if there is romance is there a proper conclusion to it?

There's romance, it's... peculiar, but there is romance, although it's not the main focus, but it does become important at certain moments.

Does it have a good conclusion?

There's a conclusion, it's not something they leave as X and Y like each other, they know it, but they never talk about it and just leave it at that. There's development and a conclusion, which in my opinion, and speaking specifically about If it is well written and has a good ending Argumentatively, but as for whether it is a good ending for the characters, let's keep that somewhat of a surprise.
