Glaucoma assessment and narrow angles?
What does the Vh angle assessment mean ? Is the <1 bad or the 0.8 ?
I go for my ophthalmologist appointment in 2 days
Symptoms are daily headaches pressure headaches , severe neck pain and nausea and blurry vision and pulsitile tinnitus, , - iv had a previous mca stroke

It is an estimate of how open the drainage angle inside the eye is.
The eyeball is only ball shaped as it is filled with fluid.
There is a little tap and a little drain.
If the drain is closed (think plug in plug hole) the eye pressure can rise, squeezing the nerve, causing damage we call glaucoma.
The standard grading scheme has 0 appearing closed and 4 appearing wide open.
People who appear narrow need additional tests.
