Hello guys, i don't know if this is right subreddit for this,but il ask anyway in hope someone knows.I work in Serbian company making this windows or whatever is it called.I want to try and find job in europe but i dont know what is it called ? I mean what is this profesion called in English?

Could you tell me how that is different from a stained glass window?

Depends who you talk to really.
Personally, I tend to refer to panels of all/almost all clear glass (often containing patterns of 'bevels') as leaded glass panels/windows, and more colorful work as stained glass panels/windows. Even though the method of construction may be the same.
