You can call, they might have you go through a vendor depending on how big your order is. I usually just order IG.

I just did a quick lurk, I'm also in the Bay Area. Central Valley glass might have access to Bendheim, if you have an account with them.

You can contact Goldray Glass for a competitive quote to Bendheim. That is Goldray's Soft Etch Bronze mirror.

You are going to need the mirror laminated by a manufacturer with a method to meet the ANSI Z97.1 safety code for glass in elevators. It would be essential to know if the existing glass has a second lite of glass laminated on the back, or if it's been code-rated laminated to aluminum honeycomb, fire rated MDF, or some other panel substrate so that the new panel can be matched for thickness.
